It is also possible that what I'm doing may be having an effect. My family bought me multivitamin gummies--something I've known I could use and thus wanted for a long time but didn't actually have. One of them is vitamin C; another one is a multivitamin which also has vitamin C. Add in cups of milk before bed, and I'm getting a fair amount. (I'd also have orange juice, but we're out.)
Also, at work, I have herbal teas, and green teas when they have them. Mixed with coffee and creamer, heavily drowned out in sugar AND sweetener, but still having them, so. I'm doing a lot. Also, when I exercise, it actually helps quite a bit. That's one reason I tend to feel a type of serenity after having done dancing, both my goofing-off version during water fitness to their music and my actual nuanced official dancing on Thursday; it counts as a type of physical activity.
(Strangely, while walking does help, walking is more like...it prevents it from getting worse but doesn't make it better. I need to actually have the dance for it to help, in spite of me actually often doing less movement when dancing than an equivalent walk.)
So there's hope that I am, genuinely, getting better, but we'll have to see.
I'll keep trying to catch evidence of me being sick, but if I continue to not find any, and I continue to not feel feverish for most of the time or at all, then I may very well be on the road to recovery.
