I KNOW IT WOULD HAVE BECAUSE AN EPISODE OF AN ADAMS FAMILY CARTOON TOLD ME IT WAS POSSIBLE AND CHILDREN'S CARTOON SHOWS WOULD NEVER LIE TO THE CHILDREN.
...
...What's this, you might ask?
This is the thing I wanted to talk about earlier, but which required a specific mindset in order for me to do so. Surprise! I'm in it now. It's a side-project of mine which I'm calling My Life, which will be random funny snippets from my life, excerpts that give snapshots into my experiences while entertaining others at my sheer idiocy.
Yes we really did try this as kids, it was all four of us together. (The bit about the Adams Family cartoon is something which happened later but for the sake of funny I take some artistic liberties.) I don't remember why, I just remember that of us four, I was the most enthusiastic and devoted myself to it quite seriously (whereas I think my siblings were doing it just because they could).
Oh and if you're wondering--to some extent, yes my hair really does look like Lillian Tallis's hair, in that it is that wild and long. No, my hair is not actually as crazy awesome as hers is though. Also, that first panel, I used a real image of me from kindergarten as a reference. (Not that it shows very well given that I wanted something simplistic.) It's not something I'd be able to share though because resizing the original is not viable; I'd need to get my hands on the original picture again and re-scan it in with a lower resolution in order to upload it. (So, sorry, I know there are those who'd love to see me as a kid but I can't.)
The second panel is me as I look like on a day to day basis, more or less. With some artistic liberties in that I draw myself looking more awesome than I actually am. (Especially since, yes, I did notice I drew myself more than a little like LT herself and she is the definition of awesome.)
I've got 13+ comics to make for it plus a saga I don't know how many comics it'll take to make, so it's something that has a fair amount of content, but once I've expended all of my initial material, it'll strictly be a "do whenever the inspiration hits me to do it".
