Yep.
Creation time!
In this case, I wrote a song. I threw around about half a dozen potential song titles, but the one which most resonated with me was "The Felled", so that's my working title for right now.
It goes like this.
You are my everything, you should know.
Our lives are challenging, full of lows.
But be aware that won't stop me, no it won't;
I will love you always, no mater what we become.
You know I'm stubborn, it's an endearing trait;
My gift is that I don't learn, I do mistakes.
There are no bridges I won't burn, not today;
I'll always stay firm for you always.
They call me insane, a lunatic.
Given what I'll create, let them say it.
I promise what I'll make is legitimate.
We will have our way, we will win.
No matter the fuss, you will see
No force can stop us, I guarantee.
No matter the fuss, you will see
No force can stop us, I guarantee.
You're my love, for you I'd become the felled
I'd part the world, and go through heaven'n'hell
If to us God said no, I wouldn't give a damn
To you I'd go; that's just who I am.
If you went to the afterlife, I'd follow you there;
I will always be by your side, no matter where.
We will live our lives, without a care;
We'll manage to get by, even if they stare.
(This following verse may or may not be included v)
It doesn't matter what they think, I know what I want;
They believe that I'll sink, that I'll end up lost.
But I am an eternal beast; I leave no battle unfought,
I'll keep going until we have peace, that we have sought.
(^It depends on whether I have the room in the song.)
Star-crossed lovers are 'cursed by fate'
Happy never, that's what they say
But that belief, I can't accept
Our bonds we'll break free from my dearest friend
(^Originally, the above had "I promise you" between 'from' and 'my', but I made the decision to cut it because it broke the flow and I thought the intention of it being a promise to the lover was implied enough.)
No matter the fuss, you will see
No force can stop us, I guarantee.
No matter the fuss, you will see
No force can stop us, I guarantee.
You're my love, for you I'd become the felled

...I think that the intention should be clear enough with this song. Basically, it is a determination. A declaration, that love will conquer all. It is stating that the love WILL work out in the end, and screw any circumstances saying otherwise, no matter how unlikely, no matter what must be done, no matter the cost, the love will not fail.
It is a declaration of absolute love and devotion, meant to convey a sense of reassurance, that things will end up alright, and that even if the world conspires to make it seem like it won't, even if there are setbacks which keep pushing and pushing against the love, that if through nothing else sheer stubborn willpower, perseverance will pay off and much-deserved happiness can be achieved, and let the world hate it all it wants, screw the world it can burn for all the lovers are concerned if the world thinks they shouldn't be together when in their hearts they feel--know--they should be.
The intent is to come across as charming, reassuring, soothing, maybe a bit crazy, maybe unrealistic, maybe a bit too strong-willed for the speaker's own good, but to still be spoken as an absolute truth, which the speaker truly 100% believes in and is willing to commit to, consequences be damned.
