These two images were never meant to be taken further, but I made them as a "proof of concept" prototype, to show that what I wanted to do was possible. They represent the title image and the first page proper, both of which you'll be seeing relatively soon if all goes well. (Ironically, I changed the structure of the first page to be different than above, but my life would have been easier if I had kept it almost exactly like the above one.)
This was my first (later abandoned) attempt at the first page. It was a nice start, and this page will give you a good idea of what you can expect to see in the future, but ultimately, the final product will be vastly different since I started from scratch. Here's a preview, though!
This is much closer to what it'll look like, but the above was just a cropping from a work-in-progress. If you're liking what you're seeing, then you can expect good things! We'll see about getting a comic proper running.
