Where do I even begin?
I have four livestream vods to watch, each of them rather lengthy.
I have somewhere in the range of 20-30 videos to watch.
I have been doing the bare minimum in my duties--minimum, meaning that there's a ton of things I should be reading, which I am not, and am not contributing my full weight.
I have a training that I need to do before it expires.
I last blogged about the changes to TFT--and yet I haven't played since that blog two days ago (since I forgot to blog yesterday, whoops!). Which I really really need to do for the quests that have presumably been given and the orb of enlightenment that I desperately need to get because the last-tier reward from beta pass points is basically impossible to obtain (seriously, a jump from needing ~500 extra to needing 5,000 extra? No joke, that's what happened; level 12 was only 500 above level 11 but level 13 is 5,000 above level 12; Riot what the HELL were you thinking especially given that even if you're staying on top of quests they only give six quests a week at most and orbs are generated like two to three times a week and give less points overall. It used to be that an orb at max gave 125 points, every 24 hours; now an orb at max gives 300 points, in spite of taking, what, 72 hours?).
And on top of all of that?
Legends of Runeterra is now opening up for plebians like me. I may not play much of it, but I want to play some of it. I'll obviously have an Ashe focus, though I'm not sure what to build her around, would have to do research and such.
And then there's always getting some League time in.
And then there's how I want to continue working on the Civ 3 mod.
Don't have any extra answers yet as far as I can tell, which is...somewhat disappointing. Butstill. There's a very small list of things I need to do.
-Finish the new unit entries in the Civilopedia. (I admit that in this venture I am cutting corners.)
-Put the new unit entries in the other notepad file so that the game knows what assets to use for them.
-Put the new units into the scenario itself, and get the proper upgrade path going for them all and proper resources as well as also noting their tech requirements and which civs can build which units. (I wanted to adjust this so that resources are a little more valuable to the lategame and yet also more important to not lose in the earlygame.)
-Replace the existing units on the map (where they need replacing) with the actual units for the civ, taking care to duplicate their experience levels.
-Make a quick debug run where I place every new unit to make sure the game doesn't crash. (I am fairly confident the buildings will work, but units it's rather easy for me to mess up and not include something which I needed to include.)
That might sound like a fair amount of work, but it's really not. It's probably only an hour or two's worth of work, I just need to put it in.
Like I said.
A ton of stuff to do.
And I have been doing none of it.
So I need to get on top of it pronto.
