Basically. It's an idea I could never make, but which is neat and funny enough that I'd love to make it. I just never could. And like I said. This concept has probably been done before. Not just once, but probably multiple times. It's not an original idea; it's just my own spin on the idea.
Basically, it'd be a webcomic revolving around the central character known as 'You'. Full name, "Hey, You", so named derisively because they are called such by everyone and have grown to accept the name as theirs. They're an agender pansexual fairly androgynous high school student, not physically gifted, not extraordinarily smart, fairly average--very pop-cultured, due to isolation from society, but lacking much in real life experiences because they avoid the outside world due to excessive bullying and being called, constantly, a freak.
They apply for a high school tailored to Freaks, only this high school is...well. Pretty predictably. A high school for monsters. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and the like. (The 'the like' is the aforementioned "not inspired enough to properly worldbuild"; I'd need dozens of dozens of creatures to populate the world, creatures of myth and such, but I haven't fleshed that out yet.)
But because the school doesn't have any rule against accepting a human to their school, You gets accepted into the school anyway.
And from there gets introduced into the world of the supernatural and myths and the like and caught up in the monstrous equivalent of high school drama.
There are dozens of webcomics like this; there are hundreds with the monster-focused premise, which could do it so much better than I ever could.
But.
All the same.
It was an idea, an idea I came up with today, and I would love to make it, I just never could for the plethora of reasons mentioned.
