I realize that digestive issues are something everyone gets.
But I get them more than we ought to get them.
We can feel the fat there, whenever we use the bathroom--for either kind of business there.
It feels like we're struggling to get everything out, and that there's something blocking smooth passage through the intestines to expel the material be it liquid or solid.
What would that be if not for fat?
Getting an occasional upset stomach would be fine, and the gurgly groans strike everyone every once and a while, so the runs are not uncommon.
Having them as often as we do?
Not normal.
We need to get this fixed.
We knew we would be badly off from two years of doing nothing, absolutely nothing. No walking, no exercising, just sitting on a computer all day and all night.
But we need to pull out all the stops on trimming fat.
We're not overweight.
In fact, we're a perfectly healthy weight.
We don't want to lose weight.
We want to lose excess fat.
Specifically the suspected visceral fat.
We suspect that our main issue is that we have too much visceral fat in the lower abdominal area, and that fat is why we have the issues that we do.
But there's not much which can be done about that fat.
Not much, but not nothing.
And it starts with getting in good shape.
We're already working out.
But we need to step it up.
We need to actually get that fat gone.
And it's not.
But it needs to be.
