So I don't really have much to blog about today. I did a lot of work on my job search (namely, as much work on my LinkedIn I could do without fact-checking and business-wording it...and even then, I may have taken some hasty additions), but nothing else really stands out.
Technically, today I fleshed out some elements of Our Little Dion. The male demon bonded to the tech-savvy girl, the second demon, and the religious adult (along with his backstory) may have been featured yesterday as I fleshed things out, but weren't really solidified until today, but I intend to post them as part of the Wednesday entry. (Did I mention I sometimes cheat?) So by the time you read this (probably tomorrow), the bits new as of today will have been long-since elaborated upon in great detail yesterday.
I suppose one thing notable about today is...I've learned I've got way too much free time. By which, I mean...I'm running out of things I can do, without resorting to games that I'm in no mood to waste my time playing. So, I'm going to bed early (no, seriously, it wasn't that far after midnight when I began typing this--I seriously am going to bed before one AM, and for me, that is a huge thing), waking up decently early fully refreshed (I'm setting a timer to get a little over 9 hours of sleep), and at the point where I MUST get something done.
So far, that's LinkedIn. I'm thinking tomorrow, I pull out my resumes. (Past and present.) See if I can finish what I started today. If not...well, then, the Rubyverse is dieing to be made. It might not be as passionate as the side-project my head created yesterday, but it's still there, waiting.
This plan might seem a bit familiar. As in, I blogged about it less than a week ago, familiar. But...well...it's working! The plan I made, for once in my life, is actually working! So now...just need to get the blog up. (Also a familiar detail.) Just like last time. (Though hopefully not taking quite as long as last time...)
