So fun story. Last night at 3:30 AM, I was getting ready for bed. Then, I heard the door to my sister's room creep open. I waited for a couple of seconds, but what I heard was not her getting up (it didn't sound like it anyway), but rather, the sound of trotting feet. I very quickly got out of bed, opened up my own door, and sure enough...there before me was a black cat, in the middle of the night, mewing the minute he knew I was there. And he moved into the living room as I approached.
In short?
...Busted. He knew he was doing something he shouldn't be doing; the only reason he tried to open that door is that he thought everyone would be asleep. (I try to aim for 2 AM or earlier, but I basically never go beyond 3. This having been the one time I did, had I not, he would've gotten away with it.)
Naturally, this means that I didn't wake up until fairly late in the day, with a ton of errands to run which I'm still running, but annoyingly enough, the main proxy I use is for whatever reason experiencing a rather inconvenient downage. >_<
Ah, well. Gave me time to check in and write this blog post.
