Interesting thing happened today, but it's late, so I won't get a chance to talk about it until tomorrow. But basically, what happened is that an automatic personality tester (as in, one where instead of answering biased questions, you just dumped text in) apparently thinks I am at the absolute LOWEST percentile for artistic interest.
No, seriously. For the whole of six months (January through my last blog post), I dumped the text of them into the analyzer, and the result said I was in the 1% percentile. Absolute bottom of the bottom, when it comes to art.
I thought that, at first, it was a sign that--in spite of mentioning webcomics often--I haven't really mentioned DRAWING that much.
But that percentage never budged, even when adding in blogs entirely devoted to artistic drawings I had made.
...So apparently, the calculator is taunting me, is how I interpreted it.
I'm slightly curious what the profile would be like with ALL my blog posts, but to do that I'd either have to manually dump it in (which would take hours) or hope that the export of my entire blog (something I can do) can be converted to text that I can dump in.
Either way, something to consider doing, but my point is...I need to draw more, clearly. And talk more unambiguously about what kinds of things I'm making, and projects I've worked on.
It did compliment me on my job-searching skills, though! In a sense, anyway.
