Well, today I've got a staff meeting (which'll suck), but what I'm celebrating is me having kept to schedule and released what I think is the best piece of art I've ever made from an image that was mediocre even for the time. Furthermore, I did so by standardizing my process quite a lot!
I now know how to, consistently, replicate my artwork, at least if I took my notes properly. And it's beautiful.
I decided that in honor of the event, I'd release the cover page for the comic a week early, here. Now, mind you: that means you'll have to wait two weeks on here for an update, since this isn't the flagship site; all sites are roughly equal, with me favoring ComicFury slightly above the other three. But it'll wet your appetite for my comic, at the least.
Get HYPED.
Because this is a thing, which I am going to make happen.
Yeah, I made a few mistakes here and there...but okay, lesson learned. I promise you, my comic will be amazing and well worth the wait. If you're reading this blog...you've seen just how much work I've put into Ruby, to make the Red Hood Rider reality. So you know she's going to rock it.
I just hope others like her as much as I do.
And the countdown begins.
Because next week, we'll find out!
